All carpets are vacuumed and pre-spotted before being shampooed using a heated deep clean machine.
We also use stain removers for removing stubborn stains such as coffee/tea/red wine/fruit juices. Also we can remove waxes and inks. Carpets are left slightly damp but in normal conditions are fully dry within 2 hours.
